Rezoning at Anderson Road Glenning Valley

Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 18) (Adopted)

The amendment rezones land currently zoned E4 Environmental Living in the Wyong LEP 2013 to a R2 Low Density Residential zone and apply a minimum lot size of 450m2 to enable a residential subdivision.

Bankstown Rezoning Proposal

Draft Amendment to Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015

To include a provision within Bankstown LEP 2015 to permit certain maximum development standards applying to land at 83-99 North Terrace and 62 The Mall Bankstown provided specified public benefits are provided including a public administration building and associated car parking spaces.

Robert Hoddle Grove Bombira Proposal

Draft Amendment to Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012

Rezones land at part Lot 60 DP 1181768 Robert Hoddle Grove Bombira from RU4 Primary Production Small Lots to R2 Low Density Residential and amend the minimum lot size from 20 hectares to 2 hectares.


Kalamunda Rezoning Adopted

Shire of Kalamunda Local Planning Scheme No 3 (Amendment No 41) (Adopted)

Rezoning 118 Lawnbrook Road West Walliston from Residential Bushland and Special Rural to Residential and an increase in density to from R2.5 to R5.


Beaudesert & Canungra Project Adopted

Beaudesert Shire Planning Scheme 2007 (Amendment No 6) (Adopted)

The purpose and general effect of the amendments is to separate Canungra from the existing Beaudesert and Canungra Townships Zone to create a separate Beaudesert Township Zone and a Canungra Township Zone and associated provisions.
