What Developments are Permissible in the B6 Zone?

*Permissible developments can vary between LGA's, however these are the typical developments allowed for B6 zoning.

There are generally several purposes for B6 zoning, also known as enterprise corridor, which can help explain why certain developments are permitted in the area and others are not.  One purpose is to promote businesses along main roads and encourage a mix of compatible uses.  Another is to provide a range of employment uses, such as business, office, retail and light industrial uses.  A third purpose can be to maintain the economic strength of centres by limited retailing activity.

With that said, below are the developments that are allowed and prohibited under the B6 Enterprise Corridor Zone.
