Middleton Grange Mixed Use Rezoning Proposal

The proposal seeks to rezone a 7.9 hectare parcel of land at 60 to 80 Southern Cross Avenue and 45 to 65 Hall Circuit Middleton Grange. The proposal is anticipated to yield 840 dwellings and 1,000 jobs.  The redevelopment opportunities on the site facilitated by this planning proposal will ensure that the Middleton Grange Town Centre be given every opportunity to succeed as a place of mixed use providing opportunities for retail and commercial investment.

Core Logic identifies the current median sale price to be $653,000 in Middleton Grange, NSW.  Consequently, 704 new dwellings can add over $548M of housing stock to the property market.  However, as mentioned earlier, an increase in housing stock can affect the area's property value.
