Planning Department Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Department of Planning & Infrastructure is running a short survey to give you a say about the planning system and the department's services.

The survey results will be used to improve our stakeholder engagement activities and our services. The survey will be used to establish a customer satisfaction baseline and measure the Department's progress in the wake of the planning system review and departmental service improvements.
