Mirvac Request Opportunity to Speed Up Development

Mirvac (@MirvacDevNSW ;  @MirvacHotelsAUS) have submitted a request to Sydney Council to commence demolition ahead of schedule for the $230 million office tower development at 190-200 George Street, Sydney.

Mirvac have stage one development consent for the project however do not have a stage two construction certificate for the project which is needed before demolition can commence.

The development is expected to be tenanted by Ernest & Young  (@Ernst_and_Young ; @EYnews )upon completion and will comprise 43,269m² of floor space spanning 35 storeys and ground floor retail space.
