Five Dock Mixed Use Rezoning Adopted

The Canada Bay LEP 2013 Amendment No 9 applies to three properties. For 355 Lyons Road it rezones the property from R2 Low Density Residential to B4 Mixed Use and increase FSR from 0.5:1 to 1.3:1 and increase maximum building height from 8.5 metres to 11 metres. The other property comprises from 357 to 359 Lyons Road and the properties have to be rezoned respectively from R2 Low Density Residential and B1 Neighbourhood Centre to B4 Mixed Use and there is also the need of an increased FSR respectively from 0.5:1 and 1 t:1 to 1.3:1 and increase in maximum building height from 8.5 metres to 11 metres.
