Ashfield Mixed Use Rezoning to Yield 120 Dwellings

The Ashfield LEP 2014 Amendment No 3 makes several changes to the site, 90-108 Liverpool Road in Ashfield, New South Wales.  The zoning is changed from R2 Low Density to B4 Mixed Use and the maximum floor space ratio is increased to 1.5 to 1 and increases the maximum height of buildings to 20.0 meters. The residential component of the development will deliver approximately 120 dwellings.

The amendment is expected to contribute to employment and commerce in the area and have positive economic flow on effects within the local area.
