$43M Mixed Development Approval At Sydney Olympic Park Site

Murray Rose Avenue Development

The NSW Planning Department has granted approval (with conditions) for a mixed commercial retail development at 4 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.

The development proposed by developer GTP RE Limited, relates to the third of five buildings on the 2.45 hectare site previously known as 7 Parkview Drive at Sydney Olympic Park.

The capital investment value of the project is $43.5M. The approval is for construction of a six storey building comprising 15,718 square metres of gross floor area and three levels of parking beneath the building. The development will accommodate commercial uses (i.e. business, office and retail premises).
